Q1: Can I buy samples?

Q2: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. we ships to most of 100 countries. And we are working on expanding the shipment regions. If you are not clear about shipment, please send an email to kate@efztech.com for enquiry.
Q3: How long does delivery take?
The lead time for sample transportation: approximately 3 to 12 working days. The lead time for bulk cargo transportation: Depending on the specific product and the expected delivery date. It can be transported by sea, land or air.
Q4: What payment methods are accepted?
We support T/T,western Union,MoneyGram, Paypal, visa and shop pay for payment. If you have questions about payment, please send an email to kate@efztech.com for consulting.
Q5: Do I need to pay the tax?
As most of orders are currently shipped from China. We are unable to account for any additional customs / import fees upon delivery. You may need to pay additional import fees. If you are not sure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order.If you have any questions, please contact our support team at kate@efztech.com.
Q6: How can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays)?-If you are very urgent to get the price, please contact us via WhatsApp or wechat, so that we can offer you a quote quickly.

Yes. Please inform us formally before production.

If you find that the product fails during use, such as not rotating, too loud noise, etc., please first check whether the battery is sufficient, whether the charging cable is connected normally, and whether the product is blocked by foreign objects. If the problem is still not solved, please contact our customer service staff and provide a detailed description of the fault and proof of purchase.
